Set up once

Pair a Host.

Recommended

Use Tailscale on your iPhone and Host. Herden connects over SSH; you do not need to expose it to the public internet.

    Put both devices on the same tailnet.

    Run herden pair, then open Hosts → Add Host on your iPhone and scan the code.
